@ 449 The mercy of Allah to the unbelievers during times of catastrophe and their ingratitude 6:63-65
6:63 Say, 'Who saves you from the darkness of the land and sea, when you call out to Him humbly and in secret (saying), "If You save us from this, we will be among the thankful."
# قُلْ مَن يُنَجِّيكُم مِّن ظُلُمَاتِ البَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ تَدْعُونَهُ تَضَرُّعاً وَخُفْيَةً لَّئِنْ أَنجَانَا مِنْ هَذِهِ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ 63
6:64 Say, 'Allah saves you from them, and from all afflictions. Then, you associate (with Him).'
# قُلِ اللَّهُ يُنَجِّيكُم مِّنْهَا وَمِن كُلِّ كَرْبٍ ثُمَّ أَنتُمْ تُشْرِكُونَ 64
6:65 Say, 'He is Able to send forth upon you punishment from above you or beneath your feet, or to divide you into discordant factions, and to make some of you taste the affliction of the other.' Look how We make plain Our verses, in order that they understand.
# قُلْ هُوَ القَادِرُ عَلَى أَن يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَاباً مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ أَوْ مِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ أَوْ يَلْبِسَكُمْ شِيَعاً وَيُذِيقَ بَعْضَكُم بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ انظُرْ كَيْفَ نُصَرِّفُ الآيَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَفْقَهُونَ 65
6:66 Your nation has belied it (the Koran), although it is the truth. Say, 'I am not a guardian over you.
# وَكَذَّبَ بِهِ قَوْمُكَ وَهُوَ الحَقُّ قُل لَّسْتُ عَلَيْكُم بِوَكِيلٍ 66
6:67 Every news has its appointed time; you will surely know.'
# لِّكُلِّ نَبَأٍ مُّسْتَقَرٌّ وَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ 67
